Important Reminders
- Compliance: Review the residency requirement to determine if you must live on campus. Each year, full-time students must submit either an on-campus or off-campus application unless automatically exempt.
- Housing Deposit: To complete your on-campus application, you will need to pay a $250 housing deposit. Please have your credit card or bank routing information ready. Note: This deposit is now held on file for the duration of your residency rather than applied as a tuition credit.
- Annual Commitment: The Housing License Agreement is a full-year contract. Except in cases of university withdrawal, students are responsible for all housing fees for both the fall and spring semesters.

Gender-Neutral Housing
Gender-neutral housing is a voluntary option allowing students to share a living unit regardless of sex, gender identity, or expression. Intended for supportive community living rather than romantic cohabitation, participants must respect all residents' motivations and uphold the policies. Simply indicate your interest on your housing application, or contact housing@carrollu.edu with any questions.
